Huntington University Doctoral Program in Occupational Therapy (OTD)

Cause 4 Life and Huntington University Doctoral Program In Occupational Therapy

First year Occupational Therapy Doctoral students receive biblical education on a theology of suffering, using Beyond Suffering as a core text, during the Spring 2019 semester at Huntington University. As a capstone to the internship, students serve people affected by disability through a Cause 4 Life wheelchair distribution in Lima, Peru (May 21st – 30th, 2019), connecting people with disabilities with the local church.

As both a Huntington OTD student and a Cause 4 Life intern, students have the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus – meeting real needs through therapeutic intervention and education, while ministering to the hope found in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
